Smartrading s.r.l. is a Company born from the idea of a group of young entrepreneurs closely connected to the sicilian agri-food sector.

Lemon:

Only the flavourfull and tasty lemons, coming from our fantastic Island, to guarantee the best solutions for drinks and flavours to our customers.

Variety: Primofiore ; Verdello; Bianchetto.
Harvesting Calendar: From Ocotober to July.


Pomegranate:

The most famous tropical fruit, one of the best supperfoods, growing in Sicily under the sun and the best climate conditions, to give the most powerfull properties, to made his super drinks.

Variety: Wonderfull;Akko;Smith;Parfianca;Shanì.
Harvesting Calendar: From August to January.



Mandarin:

The very tasty and flavour-full fruit, coming from Ciaculli and Catania countryside.


Variety: Ciaculli ; Havana
Harvesting Calendar : From February to May.




Grapefruit:

Pink grapefruit,with a very flavour taste and smell, with a bitter shade, or the Sweet White one, rich in Vitamin C and taste.

Variety: Pink ; Yellow  
Harvesting Calendar : From December to Febr.





Blond Orange:

Very common in the market, but the Sicilian growing, in the heart of our Island with an high ration and low acidity.

Variety: Navel ; Washington Navel; Valencia.
Harvesting Calendar : From October to July.

Bergamot:

With an high flavour and a tipical bitter taste,bergamot juice  is so famous for the high content in polyphenols , the Oil is most used in food flavour and parfum confetionery.

Variety: Castagnaro; Fantastico
Harvesting Calendar: From December to Febr.


Prickly Pear:

Tipycal fruit of specific vulcanic area around Etna ( Catania), with so high content of Cyanidin, natural integrator for health.


Variety: Red; Yellow;White
Harvesting Period: From August to November

Processing plants

 We work with facilities in the strategical area , depending by the raw material's procurement and for logistic issues,to work closely the most important commercial ports in Sicily ( Catania and Palermo)- the last one is the main port in Sicily for exports.
